The challenge
Today, startups face various challenges of low level technical and management skills, lack of professionalism both internal and external,
inadequate capacity to raise capital and limited ability to utilize limited resources available. These challenges leave many untapped opportunities, limits job creation and a threat to economic growth.
Despite the country having high number of startups every yeah, many fail due to a number of reasons and inadequate skills and knowledge being the major cause.
The response
Mustard Bridge Foundation Uganda aims to Promote creative knowledge based entrepreneurship economy. Entrepreneurial skills being mandatory for every startup that needs to grow and scale we do run various programs to ensure we skill and train individuals in accordance to the their needs.
An inclusive alliance Mustard Bridge Foundation brings together the resources and expertise of multiple partners to provide training and skills in easy and cheapest way possible, recognizing the key roles of governments, social partners, youth and civil society, the private sector, regional institutions, parliamentarians, foundations, academia and the media.
